Little Christmas Girl Card with MINC foil accents

Hi lovelies! Here we have the design team card I made for Creative Craft Cottage – the current challenge is Anything Goes & the sponsor is All Dressed Up stamps (one of my all-time favs!), who has a some of the most adorable holiday images.

For this card, I used one of the 3 little Christmas Girls, I ADORE how her images are just so sweet and endearing!

So….. EXCITING stuff, I got a Minc!!! Can you tell by the foil accents?!? (I’ve been holding out, but after using one at the ScrapbookSteals.com Retreat, I just had to!) From what I can tell, there are 2 designers that have Minc Machines in their product lines, Anna Griffin and Heidi Swapp. Though I love Heidi’s machine design (white with gold polka dots and a bit smaller), I opted for the Anna Griffin one for two reasons: the HSN bundle came with TONS of foil, die cuts, and all the accessories you’d need to get well on your way, and two, there was a coupon!! New HSN members got “$20 off your first purchase of $40 or more, with code 156019 at checkout” (please be aware that this code may now be expired, but always google for coupons, you’re bound to find one!)

The whole bundle is (currently) $99.95, marked down to $79.95, with $20 off makes it $59.95, and then flex pay of 3 payments ($20/month) – I would have been LOSING money not buying it!

I really wanted some foil accents on this card but didn’t want to use a tag, so I stamped the same christmas trees on some of the toner paper (toner is what foil sticks to) and fussy cut them out, and also used toner paper in my cuttlebug in place of cardstock to punch out the snowflakes and foil them.
